5 Star Hotel

A High Calibre Executive Chef is required for a 5 Star Hotel in Mumbai, India.

The Hotel is part of large International Chain and consists of over 170 elegantly appointed rooms with 8 Food & Beverage outlets& 5 Function / Conference Facilities.  These Outlets include :- Fine Dining, Chinese, Indian, Deli, Gourmet Shop, Room Service & Banqueting for up to 700 pax.

As Assistant F&B Manager you are team orientated and have the desire and ability to lead, train and motivate. . You are a quick and lateral thinker with culinary expertise in international cuisine and flair for creativity that will see you designing new and innovative menus for the Hotel.

Shall be responsible for Restaurant Operations / Banquets and Staff Administration. 

The ideal candidate should have: -

Extensive experience in 5 star Hotels & Resort – Multi-outlet properties – within Asia

Professional Background – of at least 6 years handling restaurant operations in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of current culinary trends.

Available to commence work – ASAP

Education from an excepted Hospitality Institute.

Remuneration Package offered  :-

Salary in USD$1,500 – 2,000 tax free with normal Expatriate Benefits.

Accommodation provided

Return Airfares from point of hire at the completion of the two-year contract.

Return Annual Airfare to point of hire.
