| The British Club, Singapore is an exclusive members only club, aimed at expatriates working in Singapore. The Club comprises of 4 F&B Outlets with large banqueting rooms. The Modern Australian Cuisine promotion from the 6th –11th February was in the Mountbatten Restaurant, the clubs premier Dining Room. The Mountbatten is considered one of Singapore finest restaurants. |

| The promotion featured an extensive ala-carte menu and also set menus for lunch & dinner. The Highlight of the promotion was a gala dinner held on the Saturday, 10th February, which was attended by his Excellency Mr. Murray Mclean, Australian High Commissioner to Singapore, and many club members & their guests. Incidentally the Gala diner was fully booked with 160 guests. As a result of the promotion, the club gained a tremendous increase in revenue & successful interaction and cross training with the Clubs Chefs. |
