Australian Cuisine Promotion presented by Chef, Troy Nebe for a showcase of  Australian Cuisine & Bush Food presented in a typical BBQ style buffet.  Located on the beach in the Outlook Restaurant, the open air presentation included 5 live cooking stations.  In conjunction with Midfields Meats Australia and Mulataga Yabbies Australia respectfully supplied meat & live seafood.
